I loved it…and thought of spaz in the movie as soon as I saw them all with GoPros on their heads. haha Heeaappsss of GoPro footage in it.
Travis’ riding is beyond. He’s a freak.
I’m a pretty excitable person and it got me absolutely frothing.

Somehow we had avoided mentioning that GoPro was what they used in Art of Flight. BTW it was heavily processed GoPro footage so it would look good next to RED footage. Don’t expect those sort of results from your own GoPro without spending thousands on post production.
GoPro is a cheep (but good) Point and Shoot camera sold in the HeadCam market - seeing those ugly square boxes on the heads of pro riders in such an epic production detracted from the visual experience.
No PoleCam footage!!
And I missed the Pacific Prizm screening in Campbelltown last night.

I have to admit I am coming around to your point of view on this (excuse the pun haha). you can definitely tell the difference between GoPro footage and some of the other Versions floating around that are similar price and they are bulky. without a screen on them there is really no point being that shape or that big. The main advantage is that there are heaps of parts and pieces etc etc, and they are easy to use,everyone has them so you can swap batteries etc etc .....but just cause everyone has them doesn’t mean they are the best , just means Gopro were better at marketing or at the right place at the right time.

Cheers mate. It’s beautiful up there. I’d never been to Sheepyard before a few months ago. A mate of mine’s parents have a holiday house in Merrijig, and we spent a w/e up there. We went looking for 4WD tracks and ended up in there. It’s awesome along the river there.

haha I am in no way the Queen of all gopro lovers, all I said was that I saw they all had gopros and thought of Spaz - because I know how much he dislikes the gopro bandwagon!

How good was it! Definitely got me thinking about some OS shred this season, also got me in the mood to get fit. The next day I went out and bought proper running sneakers and set up a fitness regime. When ever I get stoked about the snow I have all this excess energy I have to burn!! Like when I come back from a trip down to the slopes it kills me coming back to work (I work in an office). I have to go for walks to keep myself sane.
