North Carolina has become a somewhat unlikely hotspot for skateboarding of late, thanks largely to Mike Sinclair, the Nike TM, dragging everyone to his home state for trips. To be fair to Mike, the spots are pretty damn incredible, and largely untouched in comparison to cities like Los Angeles or New York. A selection of the Nike SB Australia team recently made the pilgrimage to the Raleigh-Durham area, and Transworld editor Jaime Owens described it as one of the most productive trips of his career. That says it all – these kids are something else.
