DGK: The Golden Era

by

Fresh nostalgia with Kalis and Shanahan

Plenty of skateboarders consider the mid-90s and early-2000s to be the "golden era" of the sport, dominated by the likes of Josh Kalis and Stevie Williams propping tiles at Love Park in classic DC kicks. DGK was born out of that era, and their latest collection pays homage to the DC Kalis in particular, along with the style that skaters like John Shanahan grew up admiring. Shanahan joins Kalis for a minute of fresh footage with a throwback feel, and it's as good as it sounds. Watch it above.
