A mini-doc with Nora Vasconcellos
2017 has been a year of unprecedented progression in women's skateboarding, with a number of the world's best females finally getting the recognition and pro status they deserve. Nora Vasconcellos is one of those who was elevated to the pro ranks in 2017, courtesy of Welcome Skateboards, just in time for her to claim victory in the Vans Park Series World Championship and cement her spot as one of the world's best.
Nora is just as admired for her personality outside of skateboarding as she is for he prowess on the board, and this 20-minute, Epicly Later'd-style mini documentary from Adidas explores both sides of her life in reasonable detail. With interviews from Nora's parents and some of the world's most influential skaters, it paints a picture of Nora's life and influence on others up until this point. The future is looking bright.
