When Stefan Janoski released his Nike pro shoe back in 2009, few could have predicted the seismic effect it would have on skate footwear. It quickly became not only the most popular skateboard shoe, but one of Nike's most popular silhouettes, period. Its slimmed-down, minimalist design ushered in a new era of skate footwear, mimicked by every brand since, and helped Janoski become one of the most recognizable names in skateboarding.
Re-edit guru Manolo's Tapes has just put together this compilation of Stefan's best footage from the past decade, all while skating his acclaimed shoe. While the height of Stefan's skating probably came – ironically – before his shoe was released, this edit is a solid reminder that he's continued to kill the game well into his thirties. He deserves every cent. Long live the Janoski.
